We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Method
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vuelume.com within 30 days of delivery. After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
All returns must be sent by mail. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and any accessories, protective cases, or cleaning cloths included with the order.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
4. Return Shipping Fees
Customer Remorse:
If you changed your mind, selected the wrong style, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any original shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide return assistance at no additional cost.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
