Where does VUELUME ship?
VUELUME currently ships within the United States, including eligible P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses through USPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. The cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Processing time is separate from USPS transit time.
What are the shipping options?
Standard shipping is $8 below $70 and free from $70. Estimated USPS transit is 2–5 business days. Express shipping is $15 with an estimated USPS Priority Mail Express transit time of 1–3 business days, subject to the destination-specific service commitment.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery after authorization. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@vuelume.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos. After verification, VUELUME will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution at no cost.
Where are the sunglasses made?
The sunglasses are manufactured in China and branded and packaged by VUELUME in Tustin, California.
