Shipping policy

VUELUME ships to addresses in the United States, including eligible P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping options and prices

USPS is our primary carrier. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Standard shipping: $8.00 for orders below $70.00 and free for orders of $70.00 or more. Estimated USPS transit time is 2–5 business days after carrier acceptance.
Express shipping: $15.00. Estimated USPS Priority Mail Express transit time is 1–3 business days after carrier acceptance. The destination-specific USPS service commitment applies.

The final available service, price, and estimated delivery date for an address are displayed at checkout. Transit and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by holidays, weather, service disruptions, destination restrictions, or address problems.

P.O. Box and eligible APO/FPO/DPO orders are sent through USPS. Military and diplomatic shipments may require customs forms, are subject to destination restrictions, and may take longer than domestic estimates.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is provided by email after an order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after USPS accepts the parcel.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@vuelume.com promptly if a correction is needed before shipment. An address cannot always be changed after an order has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact support@vuelume.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. VUELUME will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution at no cost after verification.
