1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website. You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Store information and customer responsibilities

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email or chat.

3. Products, descriptions, and availability

VUELUME makes reasonable efforts to present product images, colors, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Product availability may change before an order is accepted. If a material error affects an order, VUELUME may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected item.

VUELUME sunglasses are manufactured in China and branded and packaged in Tustin, California. Product claims apply only when stated on the relevant product page and supported by available product information.

4. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in United States dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable tax are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown in Shopify Checkout and may depend on the customer's device, browser, eligibility, or market. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.

5. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not require VUELUME to fulfill an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be completed. VUELUME may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, address problem, legal restriction, or material pricing error. If a canceled order was charged, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping charges, processing times, carrier estimates, address restrictions, and tracking procedures are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged or incorrect items, return costs, and refund timing are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or services to violate law, infringe another person's rights, submit false or harmful information, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the service without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.

The VUELUME name, branding, original store content, product photography, graphics, and website materials are owned by or licensed to VUELUME and are protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial use of the website is permitted. Other copying, distribution, modification, resale, or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.

The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, USPS, analytics tools, and communication tools. VUELUME is not responsible for the content of independent third-party websites, but remains responsible for its own obligations to customers under applicable law.

VUELUME does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUELUME is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
